A fuir !! Mon fils sโest fait piquer de partout dans la chambre dโhรดtel, la propretรฉ cโest ร revoir! lโattente pour lโascenseur est interminable ! Et quand il arrive nous sommes les uns sur les autres! Et alors le parking nโest pas dans lโhรดtel vous avez le valet sauf quโils vous disent de le demander minimum 2h avant donc nous avons demander la veille au soir pour le lendemain mais finalement nous avons du aller la chercher nous mรชme ร + de 10minutes ร pied et arrivรฉ lร -bas ils ne trouver plus ma voiture ! Nous avons attendu plus dโ1h avant quโils la retrouvent et tout รงa pour la modique sommes de 500$ de frais de parking pour 3jours!! Fuyez ce sont des voleurs !!

Nice room, very big bathroom. The only problem we encountered was the lifts. At one point we had to wait 20 minutes for a lift from the fourth floor, you can't use the stairs as it sets off an alarm. The staff were all very nice.

Very small well appointed space. Clean white linens on bed and in bath. Location is very close to Times Square and all attractions.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Space both in lobby elevators and hallways very tight.
Could use a service elevator as you need to wait for what feels like forever for the elevator at times and often have to not catch the first one available as it is filled with patrons or service staff.

Good option for public transit!
Rooftop bar was amazing and felt like I got something for having to pay the resort fee - does seem a little dumb to have to pay a resort fee if theyโre going to promote it as you get something back. Overall value was on par for it being in NYC. The location was great - next to several public transit options.

Not as Elevating Experience as hoped
Not an elevating experience as the three elevators are insufficient to manage the noght club, service teams and patrons at the same time. It is apparent, even to the untrained eye, that trash, linens, asundry service needs do not have thier own service elevator. On check ot the line to ascend to your room took 25 minutes. The least wait for an elevator during our stay was 7 minutes. On the postive side wait staff were courteous and knowledgeable. The free breakfast excellent in choice and quality of the buffet.

It was not our best hotel stay in NYC
Overall we did not feel comfortable at this hotel. Staff was okay, but some of the policies are not ideal. We asked for a crib and it came without sheets, etc. We rrequested these things at least three times. The blind did not close all the way and the rooms a very small. The area around is a bit run down as well. It has a lot of the basics.
