I booked a room with two bedrooms and one living room, but they connected me to a regular room without any notice when I checked in. The room was not enough because I went with my husband, daughter, and parents. I tried protesting the reception, but the employee said he didn't know why and couldn't give me the room he had booked. If I kept protesting, I changed it to one bed and one living room, but it was a room that had not been cleaned after another customer had used it, and I asked for it to be cleaned the next morning, but it wasn't a cleaning day, so I couldn't do it. Eventually, we paid more and stayed in an uncomfortable sofa bed and a room that wasn't cleaned. I didn't want to ruin the trip, so I just stayed, but I want a refund for the room that was originally booked.
