"The hotel was very convenient to the airport and the shuttle was prompt. The driver was very helpful, as was the check in staff. Breakfast said it was included, but turns out there were only a few limited items and it had to be taken to go. We were able to upgrade to the buffet for $15 per person. An 18 percent service fee was added and then we were asked to leave a tip on top of that. The unclear breakfast was our only complaint. Otherwise the stay was great."

"The room was very clean and nicely designed; the decor was beautiful and had an authentic Hawaii feel that made the space feel even more open. Every interaction we had with the staff was wonderful—they were professional, courteous, and truly embodied the Spirit of Aloha. While we were tempted by the pool and hot tub visible from our balcony, we spent our time at the beach, which was a convenient 5-10 minute walk away. We also really appreciated the ease of the in-and-out self-parking."
