Everything was good except front desk staffs
It was good except for the front desk staff service, specially female staffs. They didn't even greet when we arrived there, they chatted, looked at each other, laughed, glared, and felt ridiculed. The first memory of our trip was very unpleasant. Front desk staffs are the face of hotel and very important to give the first impression to travelers. Very disappointed!!!!!!
Room was clean, modern and smell was good. Location was perfect!! Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Actually a little disappointed than I expected. Most staffs were nice except front desk female staffs. (I remember 3 lady who wear glasses were very rude! And she was the only one a little chubby was as well) Ban’s playing every night, and female singer, Kim is very excellent singer.
Even the location was good, room was nice, and the band was great…
I would NOT go back there ever! and ever! I don’t recommend!!!
There are lots of hotels in Boracay. You should be happy and get service what you paid for, specifically on your vacation. Find another hotel!!!
Front desk female staffs are HORRIBLE!!!!
