I made my reservation here a month ago.
However, on the day of check-in, the front dest staff informed me that my reservation had been transferred to another location due to maintenance issues at the hotel, and the staff instructed me to go there.
This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional way to handle a situation, and it was the first time in my life that I had experienced such a thing.
I asked to speak with her manager, but when I tried to call, the manager did not answer. I also sent an email, but I have not received a reply yet.
This cowardly way of handling things made my business trip in Baltimore the worst.
