This is one of the natural wonder of Hong Kong. It is a Geopark and consists of 8 areas distributed all over Hong Kong. Some are only accessible by boats but this one you can get there by cab. It is a nice area for hiking and enjoy the natural setting of this bustling city. The dam is quite scenic and my cousin who is a photographer even took some of the brides out here for bridal shots!!!

You might want to get your camera out and head to East Dam of High Island Reservoir— just one of the landmarks located 4.7 mi (7.6 km) from central Sai Kung.
