Employees at this hotel are midly racists and can't even speak fluent English.
1. There was a fire alarm ringing so loud on our second day of the stay. We got very worried & annoyed and found out the phone in the room did not work at all. So we had to go all the way to the reception where a female staff repeatedly told us "It's just okay." without any other explanation or apology. Also when we told her that the phone in our room didn't work, she said they'll send someone to fix it right away but until we left at the last day, came no one to fix the phone.
2. At our check-out, even though we paid our city tax on the first day at check-in, the employee tried to double charge us again. If we didn't find the receipt, they would have double charged us. And still again, they did not say 'sorry' nor apologize.
Overall, this is a hardly 4 statrs hotel and shameful to call one of Accor hotel chain. The facilities are very old and not quite clean.
