If you intend to stay this hotel, you should also prepare what happen to you after check-out. Just after check-out, they charged me for stealing a shoehorn. They paid for this with my credit card that I showed upon check-in, without any notice or permission.
I kept up with this two days after the withdrawal, checking my account. I demanded an explanation from them, but they totally ignored my request. No response, no explanation. I got the answer only after I asked customer service of Hotels.com to help me. It took about a week just to know why they did. But, when I knew why, I became a thief stealing a shoehorn. Why do I steal a shoehorn of all things? I raised objections against their claim through hotels.com. With several complaints, they said that nothing was missing when I checked out and it was the previous guest. At last I got a refund, but still feel dirty. Throughout the whole process, they never explained why nor apologized directly to me. They just asked Hotels.com to tell me they were so sorry. Sorry? kidding me? They don't know a simple common sense to apologize directly to a person who is offended by their behavior. I'm so disappointed by their service and response. So, if you look into staying this hotel, you would take risks as above. At least, you'd better not to deposit your credit card with this hotel.
