My criteria for choosing accommodation were wifi access and a refrigerator, so I chose this place even though it was more expensive than other accommodations nearby.
I stayed in room 139 on June 11th, 2024.
I canโt access to wifi connection in the room. Through a double check with the check-in staff, I confirmed that there was a problem with the wifi in my room, and the check-in staff suggested a partial discount on the room cost.
However, when I requested a room rate discount upon check-out, the staff was a different person and said they would contact me after confirmation, so I left my cell phone number. However, even after two weeks, there was not any message from them, and no refund of the discount was provided.
