"In addition to the customer service concerns, we experienced significant room maintenance issues.
We initially stayed in Room 209, where:
The air conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was very warm.
Water was leaking from the air conditioner onto the floor.
My 4-year-old son slipped on the wet floor while walking to the bathroom.
The bathroom sink had significant mold buildup.
Because of these issues, we were transferred to Room 616 Prime. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning problem persisted. The room remained warm, and the unit provided limited cooling. As a result, we experienced discomfort during the night and had difficulty sleeping.
The staff member who assisted with our luggage during checkout personally observed the room conditions and our discomfort while preparing to leave.
As a parent, I was particularly concerned that my 4-year-old son was unable to rest comfortably on our final night due to the heat in the room.
While I appreciate Trisha’s excellent service and the efforts of some staff members, the customer service concerns and unresolved room maintenance issues negatively affected our vacation experience.
Based on this stay, we do not plan to return to Henann Palm Boracay in the future.
If needed, I have photos and videos documenting the issues we experienced during our stay, including the leaking air conditioner, the mold around the bathroom sink, and the condition of the rooms. These records were taken during our stay."
